This intro to yoga class is for people who are new to yoga (less than three classes ever attended). It's a teaching class, where you'll learn the basics, you can ask questions in real time, learn the poses at your own pace, and come away feeling like you could walk into any standard yoga class and be just fine!

This is a beginner yoga class with a slow vinyasa style. Perfect for those who have completed Intro to Yoga, have an injury, or who haven't practiced in awhile and want to ease back into it. 

Meditation

Trauma-sensitive yoga is a choice-based, invitational form of movement specifically designed to help people recover from trauma. Group and individual classes are offered, and pre-screening is required.
