I’ve put together a one-day retreat for women who are the strong ones- the ones who take care of everyone and everything else before themselves. My retreat is designed to get you feeling better fast, and to teach you  how to put yourself first, set and maintain boundaries, and manage you stress effectively with practical skills you can use anywhere to help yourself. This retreat is for women who are ready to feel better NOW.

In this workshop, we will cover:

By the end of this workshop, you will:

  • Understand how and why your body stores trauma and stress, and where on your body your stress and trauma are stored

  • Learn what boundaries are and why they are necessary to have peace in your life

  • Learn practical ways that you can manage and reduce the physical pain that YOUR body experiences because of stress

  • Learn why it's not selfish- it's necessary-  to take care of yourself first

  • Know 10 CBT techniques to manage stress in-the-moment, whenever YOU need to

  • Craft a personal self-care routine for keeping your stress at bay
