A one-day retreat to help women heal their trauma and feel better using yoga and CBT.



I’ve put together a one-day retreat for women who are ready to unravel the grip of past trauma, cultivate inner calm, and navigate stress with grace instead of battling racing thoughts, losing sleep, and struggling with constant back/neck/shoulder/hip pain because of the stress and trauma that is stored in their bodies. My retreat is designed to get you feeling better fast, and to teach you practical skills you can use anywhere to help yourself. This retreat is for women who are ready to feel better NOW.

In this workshop, we will cover:

  • Understand how and why your body stores trauma and stress, and where on your body your stress and trauma are stored

  • Learn practical ways that you can manage and reduce the physical pain that YOUR body experiences because of stress

  • Know 10 CBT techniques to manage stress in-the-moment, whenever YOU need to

  • Craft a personal self-care routine for keeping your stress at bay
