May is Maternal Mental Health Month!

This month, there are several things planned to help bring awareness to this important topic- webinars, live events on social media, and new blog posts! Each week, we’ll cover mental health issues that impact various stages of motherhood, from pregnancy through empty nesting. The focus for each week will be the following:

Week One: Perinatal Mental Health (May 1st- May 6th)

Week Two: Nutrition and Mental Health (May 7th- May 13th)

Week Three: Self-Care and Mental Health (May 14th- May 20th)

Week Four: Supporting Pregnant Moms (May 21st- May 27th)

Week Five: Supporting Moms After Birth (May 28th- May 31st)
